Couple Dashes of Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 Medium Grapefruit
1 Cup Pineapple
2 ATH, 2 FO, 2 JR, 1 C, 1 GTE

8:00 AM 24 oz Water

8:45 AM 12 oz Black Coffee
